Estimate proton T1 on Varian
(1) Lock and Shim as usual
(2) Get normal H-1 spectrum
(3) Reset O1 if necessary.
(4) Set parameters for T1 estimation:
P1 = p180
Pw=p90
D2 = 0.02s
(6) Estimate T1
‘ga’ and phase it to get a negative peak.
Increasing d2 until to get a zero signal.
Write down d2, and T1 ~ 1.4*d7.
(7) Confirm T1.
Set d1 = 5*T1, keep the same d2 value for zero signal.
‘ga’ and see if the signal is zero.
