Diffusion EXP on Bruker
1. How to calibrate the gradient strength?
Book Experiment 11.1.
Check gradient strength and the file: (/NMRHOME/data/user/nmr/dosy2ddatafile/difflist.)
gradient strength is saved in the file: /NMRHOME/conf/instr/gradient_calib
It is 5.35 G/mm for b400b.
Use Shigemi tube, 1 cm height sample, to run diffusion EXP.
Following Peter’s script. (comments: Including the process in TOPSPIN).
Process the 2d dosy date with T1/T2 analysis on XWINNMR..
Following manual ‘dosy_diffusion_4XWINNMR3’
2. How to make diffusion exp easier:
EXP 1 ‘rpar PROTON all’, ‘getprosol’.
EXP 2 PROTON, record
SW o1p AQ for EXP 3.
EXP 3 ‘rpar DIFFSION all’, ‘getprosol’
Modify SW o1p AQ.
‘rga’ ‘zg’ ‘efp’
Copy EXP 3 to EXP4, and change ‘gpz6=95’.
(No ‘rga’) ‘zg’ ‘efp’
Compare EXP3 and EXP4. Adjust d20 or p30 if necessary.
After changing p30, do not use ‘getprosol’. Otherwise, p30 will change back to 1800(default value).
Continue to EXP 5 as described in the manual.
