CBIC User Meeting

2020: Featuring Mass Spectrometry

The inaugural Yale Chemical and Biophysical Instrumentation Center (CBIC) User Meeting will be held on January 10, 2020, in Sterling Chemistry Lab room 110 and anyone interested in the CBIC (faculty, staff, students, others) is invited!

The meeting will consist of a half day of talks, a poster session, and an open house featuring the brand new Shimadzu mass spectrometers recently installed in the CBIC.

The goals of this event are:

  • to celebrate new developments and instrumention in the CBIC
  • to highlight research using CBIC instrumentation
  • to build community among CBIC users.

We encourage all participants to submit a contribution to the poster session, posters do not need to have a mass spectrometry focus. There will be a monetary award for the best poster presented at the meeting. We are also promoting a selected poster to be included as a session talk.
