Dear CBIC Users,
There was a power outage affecting CRB and KCL last night (July 15th) sometime after 11pm. Overnight experiments that were running on CBIC instruments (including on the NMR automatic sample changers, etc.) were interrupted. If you had any experiments running or queued up last night, it is very likely that they did not run or will have incorrect results. You will need to re-run these experiments, if possible.
If there are any ways that CBIC staff can help resolve problems resulting from the failed experiments, please don’t hesitate to ask.
